Fremont, CA: Boston-based fintech start-up PAYMYNT Financial, has acquired LettucePay, an award-winning payment technology firm specializing in cryptocurrency payments. Effective instantly, the acquisition enables PAYMYNT Financial to incorporate cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin, as a means of payment at top retail locations.

Introduced in 2019, LettucePay is a cryptocurrency app that allows merchants to settle cryptocurrency amounts as USD payments, for minimal transaction fees. Rosa also stated the PAYMYNT team would soon integrate LettucePay's software with its next-generation shopping rewards platform, PAYMYNT Rewards.
